Climb new heights

“Hey, everybody! I’m climbing new heights.” — Andy, speaking about a new accomplishment

Meaning
accomplish something new; do something or go somewhere amazing

Use
Andy is on a mountain, and he is literally climbing new heights. He will climb to the top of the mountain, and this will be an amazing new accomplishment for him. He is excited about this new adventure!

You don’t need to climb a mountain to figuratively climb new heights, though. You can use this expression any time you do something new and amazing. When was the last time you climbed to new heights? What did you accomplish?

Examples
“My sister just got her Ph.D. She’s really climbing new heights!”
“Would you like to climb new heights and start a business with me?”
“I can’t believe we just ran a marathon! We’re climbing new heights.”
